Bonnie Cole has been in the Property Management business all of her life, in a sense. Her father, Trent Cole, started United Professional Management in 1971, in Boulder, Colorado. For over twenty years, Bonnie has worn every hat in the United Professional Management office, beginning as a Leasing Agent, transitioning to Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager, to finally becoming the Owner.
Bonnie knows every level of property management, and the importance of each. Her guiding principles are integrity, respect, and professionalism, which she brings to each interaction, whether with owners or residents.
Bonnie is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker, and a Board Member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the ALS Association.
Consuelo Redhorse has been working in the accounting field since 2002. She has picked up broad skills and knowledge through her experiences in the small-business world. She specializes in communicating financial information in a way that clients, owners, and employees can understand and appreciate.
Consuelo can provide any sort of support that a business-owner needs, from basic QuickBooks set-up to establishing and implementing business policies and procedures, to training business owners to take control of their books and their offices.
Consuelo provides bookkeeping and office management for the UPM office in Frisco, as well as the various properties managed by UPM.
