Located at the intersection of 6th Avenue and Galena Street (one block North of Main Street), we offer studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments with on-site management and maintenance.

Our 2 bedroom apartments feature balconies and in-unit washers/dryers.  Built in 2011 and remodeled in 2016, the quality and workmanship of the building are impeccable!  If you’re looking for a beautiful home in a great location, give us a call – we’ll be happy to help you out.

 

Our apartments are long-term rentals, requiring a full 12-month lease. Utilities included are water & sewer, and trash & recycling. Residents are responsible for electricity and gas for their unit. Sorry no pet dogs, but cats are welcome!

Located just one block North of Main Street in Frisco on Galena Street, our the newly remodeled Continental Divide Lodge offers residents bright, spacious studios, one, two, and four bedroom apartments for a great Summit County living! 

 

We offer on-site management and maintenance, balconies on all 3rd and 2nd floor apartments, newly remodeled ADA-accessible studios, and newly remodeled laundry facilities including new washers and dryers.
